What to expect
- Order status: we send a tracking email as soon as the parcel is scanned at the US warehouse. If it has not arrived within 5-7 days of shipping, email us with your order number.
- Setup help: the printer works standalone — no app, no account. Hold the button, say your idea, and it prints.
- Battery and printing help: if the printer will not power on or print faintly, try a full charge first; if it still fails, it is covered by the 1-year limited warranty and we will replace it — see returns & warranty.
