Privacy notice

Short version: we collect what an order needs, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Order details — email address, shipping name and address, order contents and tracking number.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Support emails — if you contact us, we keep the thread so we can answer you and so we have a record of any RMA.
• Basic site analytics — page views and referrers, used to see which pages work.

Who sees it

• Our US fulfillment warehouse gets your name, shipping address and the items — that is all it needs to ship and, if needed, receive a return.
• Our payment processor gets the card data needed to charge and refund you.
• Our shipping carrier gets the label and the address.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and support records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal obligations. Tracking and analytics data are kept in aggregate or short-term.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing tommyaudiostudio@gmail.com.
• Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it. Order and shipping emails are transactional and always sent.
